Pressure vacuum breaker

Techap's pressure/vacuum breakers are suitable for installation on or on top of tank systems to prevent unwanted overpressure or underpressure. As unwanted load peaks due to pressure or vacuum can occur during the filling or emptying of a tank, for example due to technical defects in valves, it is often necessary to install a safety valve in the form of a pressure-vacuum breaker.

Techap's pressure vacuum breakers can be adjusted from +/-5 to +/-200 mbar and are available in both PVC and stainless steel for outdoor installation. A specially designed heating system guarantees safe operation of the devices even at sub-zero temperatures.
