Ceramic flat slide valve for aggressive substances

Ceramic gate valves from Techap have been proving themselves under extreme industrial conditions for over 65 years. The almost diamond-hard sealing elements made of oxide ceramic have an adhesive effect due to the precise face grinding and thus form an extremely wear-resistant, durable and reliable seal.

These elements are ideally suited as shut-off and control devices for extremely aggressive and abrasive liquid and gaseous media. The sealing is glandless due to the disc arrangement. Regulator designs have a V-groove in one element, which is calculated according to the control range and the differential pressure. The V-grooves can have linear or logarithmic characteristics. Three actuator types make the Techap flat gate valve universally applicable.
